As Managing Director, Jack is responsible for a wide variety of the labels creative endeavours, with his input covering design, aesthetics and creative direction through to content curation and procurement. In addition to managing daily business activities and initiating new projects, Jack maintains the strength and consistency of the label’s brand across all platforms by ensuring that the latest ABYSS content is delivered in an optimised format across all networks and devices. As a label boss of several years, the nurturing and development of creative projects is second nature and by utilising his years of design experience and project execution, Jack achieves unique outcomes for the ABYSS project on a consistent basis.

As A&R Manager, Alexander is responsible for a range of management and development tasks relating to the sourcing of new music and developing relationships with both new and existing artists. From the initiation of the music curation process to the development of our internal network, Alexander contributes to the ABYSS project across a broad range of ABYSS creative content. Over the past 5 years, Alexander has developed and refined his approach to A&R; delivering a balanced and unique sound palette to build the label’s catalog and expand our portfolio of artists.
Events Management and Coordination Research and Development Bookings and Label Showcases Business Management
As Operations Manager, Kane is responsible for the coordination and inception of the labels events in addition to a range of other business development tasks. Since the label’s inception in early 2013, Kane has been operating within the team dynamic to provide creative solutions and industry expertise that have shaped the progress of the ABYSS project.
